Behind the scenes I'm busy building a management/UI system so other staff can help keep everything in-sync over time more easily, right now there's annoyingly several manual processes that only I can maintain/update. It takes an extraordinary amount of time for me to maintain at the moment.

We're also adding several new improvements:

• When associating formulary items with our own listings, a management interface is being built with a simple two-click association for our staff.
• We'll be starting to use distributor stock lists we have access to, to track distributor stock automatically, and not just pharmacies reselling.
• Instead of overwriting old formulary information with new imports, we'll be comparing changes so we can publish information such as 'price from X to Y', or 'status from Low to Discontinued'.
• @Holly is being prepared to automatically post these formulary changes, other listing changes, and new YouTube reviews directly here on the forum.

In general MedBud's goal for early 2026 is bolstering our update reliability, after I fell ill end of November and had to take a couple of weeks off to recover, it's taken another 2-3 weeks to get fully back up to date again. Nothing on MedBud should be solely dependent on me, and that's a goal we need to move towards in the long-run.

Improvements to all of the above today, including stock tracking for Newgrove. We've also finally integrated Medicann for the first time (updated three times an hour). Next, we expect next to be able to relaunch CB1 Medical tracking, which has been down since their swap away from Script Assist.

Some other general formulary tracking improvements:

• Pharmacy formulary pages now automatically update whenever new data is imported.
• The discounts page now reloads/repopulates every 10 minutes by default.
• Formulary pages now highlight which products are distributed or owned by the pharmacy themselves.
• Behind the scenes, we've built a management system for quick/easy addition of new products on formularies (5 minutes -> 5 seconds).

The next big step is to have @Holly announcing stock and pricing changes on all formularies automatically, here on the forum Distributor/wholesale stock list integration also still to follow.

Fair play to you bud it didn't take to you long from when we last spoke! Get Holly automating any changes and it'll be a massive step forward for MedBud as a whole, becoming really self sufficient in alot of aspects.

It's been a monster 12 hour coding session today, the kind that would take me a few days during the working week with all the daily noise.

We are now recording every stock change for all tracked formularies, and translating that into a human readable format for @Holly. As the (limited) weekend updates have come in today, I've tweaked, patched and fixed things - and I believe we're just about ready for launch.

We're going to battle-test @Holly's upgrades behind the scenes for a few days, rolling out his updates to @BETA Testers likely by Monday/Tuesday – before making live on the main forum for everyone as soon as we're confident everything is stable and dependable

As @TheGreenAvenger said, this is a massive step forward for the platform as a whole - and quite bluntly we have a massive queue of companies wanting to automate updates with us at the moment, or retrieve automatic updates from us. We expect massive improvements over the coming year.
