Recommend grinders from budget to bank busters is there much difference?

I always used cheap grinders until arthritis took hold, then I found you need to spend a little more to get something that spins easy.

Just got a Headchef razor 62mm. Its a 2-piece, solid build and sharp teeth, ptfe washer. I bought the plain silver one, very happy with it.
