Carts Sundaze® Rosin MD T700 Mango Dream

Yeah this one has been perfect for daytime for me 👌

Have used it from first thing in the morning
Thanks. I mainly use the PS during the afternoon, but I think it's either deteriorating a bit or I'm getting used to it. A small change to this one and it'll probably come back to life like the EHD did when I stopped for two weeks.

I had one of these carts from the "grassy" batch, and have complained about it. I realise that extracts may not always be produced using the best plant material, but I am legitimately concerned about the damp, mouldy smell of this one. While it was effective for pain relief, I stopped using it due to the off taste.

I am unlikely to trust another Sundaze® product again after this. Even if it is proven to be completely safe to use, it shows an obvious lack of concern for the quality of their rosin, which while competitively priced, is not exactly cheap.

As others mentioned before, it has a weird smell and taste but the worst thing for me is that it is another leaking cart after I barely used it and £69 wasted. Sundaze® now requested the cart back and will update the outcome once I heard back again.

I have seen this new Mango Dream Rosin Cart appear on the Montu listings but I cannot find a single reference to it anywhere on MedBud, socials, etc.

Has anyone seen this, know about it or have any kind of experience at all?

Awaiting ETA.

Its one of the better carts for me, smooth and hard hitting sleepy one

  • Day vs. Night Use: Better for Day Use

Great daytime effects, taste used to be better but the latest ones I had tastes of sweet grass which was not great but still passable. These have a tendency to leak and or block at times so they can be a bit of fettling and cleaning with iso here and there. I have had about 6 of these by now though as the effects and convenience make up for the hassle

I actually went through with a complaint about this cart, and my clinic did their due diligence in reporting it to the manufacturer.

Their response took 3 months, and reads;
This complaint is unrelated to a product quality defect; smell/taste are not critical quality attributes and remain patient preference. It is important to highlight that this first complaint of this nature (unusual smell/taste) out of 5000 dispatched units.

This complaint is unjustified and closed
Apparently they have received no reports of unusual smell or taste. A short web search highlights this having been the experience of multiple users, though whether or not they were motivated to actually go through the (somewhat laborious) complaint process is perhaps another matter. Likewise it seems other batches have not had this issue.

As per my previous comment on this one, I have no intention of purchasing further Sundaze® products, so their response changes very little in that regard. It's hardly surprising either, as so far as I can see, anyone with a lick of sense, pride, or integrity, would not have let that batch out the door, so why would they not defend having done so now. Yes, it did have the intended therapeutic effect, but for the price I would still expect the other attributes of the product to be up to snuff.

More problematic however, is the immediate dismissal of the complaint as "unrelated to a product quality defect" with no further explanation nor evidence of goodness provided. I will be frank - I suspect this product was refined from mouldy plant material. This may or may not have product safety implications for end users. Whatever the case, their definition of "product quality" is very far away from mine, and I can only recommend against using this or any other of their products.

The only positive here is that I can finally throw the fucking thing away!
