    I read that you had a hernia. Thats not so good and sounds uncomfortable.
    I was born with a hernia issue and they had to use my bellybutton to get in and fix it. I just have 8 stiches where my bellybutton should be.
    Only walking around wearing pants sounds like oldschool miners.

    I was wrong. Not double Hernia's. Gasteric sleeve complications 1 year post surgery. I have had a Hernia in the past and in the similar place to you, just above the belly button. Teflon mesh was installed and I became Steve Austin 6 Million Dollar Man, for real!

    I am from Durham (Mining Village). That explains the pants
