Is there anyone with any experience changing clinics that could please offer some advice? What is the best way to go about this without having a down period where you no longer have any access to MC. Do i sign up for another clinic first then inform my older clinic? I have tried looking for this information online but without much luck unless its from google AI.

Hey yes I've changed clinics

Basically as you say, sign up with the new one, and they usually will give you your first script whilst you are getting a discharge letter

In my case it overlapped comfortably with a bit to spare and there was no period I was left without

Basic advice, make sure you get through the MDT process at the new clinic before notifying your old one. If your new clinic are pushy for a discharge letter from the previous clinic, just explain you want to make sure you're accepted first (shouldn't be an issue). Basically this gives you the continual backup of staying where you are, if any goes wrong when trying to join the new clinic.

Im thinking of switching from CB1 Medical to Medicann as they apear to be cheapest now ( by less than £1 per delivery for postage) and with most availability of product (and hash available). What are peoples thaughts or am i just penny pinching and its not worth the fuss?

Afternoon mate and more clinics should have the hash products soon but I've heard no mention of CB1 getting them so far so if the need to find somewhere that you can access the hash is important then you will probably have to transfer clinics but weigh up a few once the hash products have been more widely distributed as there are probably a few clinics that'll fit the bill and some with more choice of flower like Integro for instance.

Isnt integros formulary more restricted than CB1 tho?

Unless its a freehouse clinic that can send to any pharmacy with no additional charge? We really need one like that!

It tends to have most of the stuff Medicann has as they both use IPS/VPR pharmacy but IPS's formulary is bigger than the formulary Medicann patients get access too ,plenty of stuff through the price ranges also at IPS and they'll let you order from outside pharmacies so a lot less restrictive than most clinics but I've not been a patient at either but just pointing out a couple of differences👊

IPS's formulary is below to get an idea and comparison to CB1.

I'm an Integro patient. I've found them fantastic, next day delivery before 1pm, quite reasonable and I was told by them, if IPS stock it, you can order if it's not on Integro formulary. C'mon Yoda Cap
