I've been with them for over 3 years now, and can only think of 1 or 2 instances where it's taken more than 2 days from the point of order until delivery. Honestly can't fault Integro at all....

I’ve generally had positive experiences with IPS Pharmacy, both while I was a patient with Medicann and more recently after moving to Cannabis Clinic Cardiff (CCC). I’ve never had it take more than a day for them to dispense and deliver next day before 1pm.

My first prescription through IPS after switching clinics had a couple of administrative steps to work through. I needed to create an IPS patient account and provide confirmation that I had been discharged from MEDICANN, as CCC is now my prescribing clinic. Once that was resolved, IPS processed everything promptly. Despite the additional checks, I received a payment link before 4:00pm on Friday and my medication was delivered by around 11:30am on Saturday.

One difference I’ve noticed since moving to CCC is that I’m no longer paying the £4.95 per-prescription fee that I previously paid through MEDICANN, which has reduced my overall costs as a external patient now. I use to place 5-9 orders each month with Medicaan, so this is a substantial savings for me and it covers my CCC monthly costs.

I’ve also found IPS useful for accessing competitively priced products, including discounted options such as Wappa and some Big Narstie Medical products when available. As a single guy in London, keeping treatment affordable is important, so being able to compare pharmacies and have prescriptions sent to different dispensaries has been hugely beneficial for me. Medicaan had discounted strands, but they weren’t the same as Integro (despite both being IPS) vs now being able to access IPS fully is a game changer.

So far, my experience using IPS alongside other pharmacies such as Botanical Health Dispensary and Newgrove has been phenomenal! (Separate reviews to follow). Delivery has been quick, communication has been good, and the flexibility to source products from different pharmacies has helped me manage the overall cost of my treatment.
