A good study on canna storage with nitrogen gas in packaging. Atmospheric storage v packaged with n2.
Monoterps take a hit so as has been observed that when oxidised for just a little while, the smell is almost gone cos its degrading in the bag
Sequiterps shows an increase in b caryophyllen, Humulene , Could have a taste with heavier bonds but mono being degraded its obvious its a contributer to taste.
Thca takes a hit but thats due to converting to delta 9 which obv has an icrease in n2 map
Those balloned bags that you see will have good THC and sesquiterp so you could by looking at b Caryophyllene n Humulene % guess that it might b n2 map.
All about delta 9 shelf life eh lol
I wonder if cured hash would increase its sequiterp % if stored in n2 map v atmospheric b Caryophyllene being the main 1, i know hash is dead compared to flower but surely an increase if they went up 50% in n2 map v atmospheric. Hash mainly or should be sequiterps so monos not bothered.
