Just called them to confirm they have this in stock with their suppliers. They confirmed they have a decent amount available. It will take 5-7 days to ship unfortunately 😎

Will update when received.

Planning on using it with the Venty capsules and Liquid Pad. Or purchase a Utillian 6 vape pen. Any advice appreciated

Nice, keep us posted! I am awaiting my initial call to switch clinic… all that Medicann have said is that “we are hoping to see this become available in the coming months” 🤡

Anyone expecting this to arrive tomorrow or friday please double check with your pharmacy.

Given it's rosin and we're expected to hit 35c days, some pharmacies are delaying send outs until Friday, to arrive for Saturday unless specifically requested to be sent (and chanced) in the heat.

shame they dont do it with flower too! i recieved 3 mould ridden flowers 7 weeks ago which they are refusing to replace...being transported in 36 degree heat in lorry that are not temp controlled is not down to them!?

If they've got mould it'll likely be pre-packaging that it developed. If you're not getting anywhere with the clinic/pharmacy then raise a yellow card. - https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/

Most pharmacies will do some kind of investigation with the brand when getting reports. It's quite hard for the pharmacies because they have no visibility of the product they just carry it. In reality they should refund but in practice they never really do and if they do it takes months.

I'd be surprised if the mould was caused by transit. usually it occurs in the growing process when their is still moisture present and if the flower is radiated then you may still see mould yet the product would also be safe for usage. Now obviously you shouldn’t degrade yourself to that standard but its what the rules allow.

I would submit an official complaint to your pharmacy followed by a yellow card report. In my experience Montu have always been quite good at this sort of stuff.

they dont tell you to keep it under 25 for nothing bud...if the flower has moisture still in it and gets sweated in a milar bag,inside a boxthen inside a lorry in 35 degree heat (inside a truck that 35 is 45 degrees too..

It can happen, unlikely and unlucky but it happens.

Cannabis likes heat, it grows in heat so for the most part its very unlikely to see issues develop as a result of heat. Contamination in packing, etc. could be possible. This is what the Pharmacy are supposed to do - investigate where and how it may have happened in the supply line. Usually if yours is the only issue in the batch they'll put it down to poor patient handling.

If you still have the meds I'd go back and speak to Montu, if you don't have them then there's not much you can do but go with the yellow card or official complaint next time.

whilst they are growing yes lol! they dont like heat whilst drying and in cure!? thats silly to comment that mate im sorry but come on
