I had noticed a few formularies drop in numbers recently but a few have surged again in numbers with new additions this week but obviously not Montu as of yet
I've been watching Montu for over two weeks now. My prescription has been due for renewal for about three weeks and they are great at sending me panicky text messages and emails every other day (which seems very pushy) but the formulary is sparse and everything I have liked previously is OOS or NNRI had noticed a few formularies drop in numbers recently but a few have surged again in numbers with new additions this week but obviously not Montu as of yet![]()
Sounds familiar to when I was at Mamedica® with one request a month and emails sent out of sync saying to put my request in when the options didn't suit my needs or budget.I've been watching Montu for over two weeks now. It also took them 25 minutes to respond to an online chat (I thought that not answering within 10 minutes was unacceptable and left the chat)And, we've got half their unwanted crap here at Medicann UK

100% Yep! If non-irradiated?
Perhaps not then. And, a bloody kush ffs...nah pass
"I’m constantly fighting delivery battles with Medicann UK, Clarity Pharma, and Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. Royal Mail ghost me, lying that they tried to deliver when I’ve been sitting right by the intercom all morning with matchsticks propping my eyes open—a total systemic failure from a service that’s truly gone to the dogs."I wanted to share my recent experience with Montu’s delivery process, as I think other patients should be aware.
I placed my repeat request last Wednesday, but it didn't get to the pharmacy until Monday. My prescription delivery was expected on Tuesday via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. I had already run out of my prescribed medication on Saturday, but it never arrived.
After contacting support, I was initially advised there were issues with Royal Mail tracking. I later was told by Montu that the parcel had been handed over to Royal Mail, but there was a wider issue affecting Special Delivery parcels not meeting the expected service level.
The issue has now been escalated, and I have been asked to complete a form so the pharmacy can investigate further due to the medication being a controlled drug.
I understand that delivery issues can happen, but the concern for me is the lack of a clear contingency process when a patient is left without prescribed medication. A delayed parcel is one thing, but a delayed prescription that a patient relies on for symptom management is another.
As of this evening, royal mail tracking still says "We're expecting it"....
I hope Montu and their pharmacy partners can improve communication, escalation pathways, and support for patients affected by delivery failures in the future.
I’d be interested to hear whether other patients have experienced anything similar.
I hear ya, tried to send a script to Montu, fuck them, waste of time and effort. However with Integro they use IPS, and I've had zero issues with dispensing. If I order flower ect before 4pm, then it's Royal mail special 24. I ve had emails from Integro saying there is an issue with tracking, but always sends a working tracking number. My postie always gets here B4 1pmI wanted to share my recent experience with Montu’s delivery process, as I think other patients should be aware.

I have dealt with the same gentlemen before also, very professional and gets things done.Since I joined Cannabis Clinic Cardiff I've had issues whenever I order from Montu. Something to do with my clinic ID.
I usually spend a good 40 minutes on the phone to them across a few different calls as they try to get things on to my portal so I can pay.
I had to ring up again today but this time I spoke to a gentleman called Thomas who has fixed the entire issue for me. I had to create a new account with the same email but aside from that he transferred all my old account history across, etc. so its all working as it should be now. I think I've probably missed the cut off for today but thats without a doubt the best service I've had from Montu.
Montu, I know you're reading. Give Thomas a raise.
I Pinged Montu an email saying how impressed I was with him. - he deserves any and all recognition. like you say very professional and just gets things done. top man.I have dealt with the same gentlemen before also, very professional and gets things done.
