Is this clinic just for armed forces ,police ,fire and emergency services or is it available to everyone at the £50 a year cost? Had a look but still no clearer.

According to CB1 Medical i was told i wouldnt recieve a delivery on a weekend as everythings processed from Monday/Friday, everyone has different experiences i guess.

I normally order Friday and have never recieved on Sunday. Normal for me is a Tuesday delivery.

I have only had 1 from DPD. my last 3 delivery's have been from Roily mail.

Also with CB1 Medical, Never had a problem with Royal Mail in my area. CB1 did use DPD once for me, and it was fine, But last two orders for me, they have been using Royal again.

Sadly, you still struggle to get a choice about your pharmacy.........

You can't make this up. I went to order today on the back of the above mailshot, unfortunately the strains that work for me are out of stock. So I check the other pharmacies, find one with stock of the two products I want and use the chat to request an external pharmacy order. Over an hour later I get a reply advising me that one product is on there formulary (true, it is, but it is out of stock, so you can't add to your cart) and the other is something they don't stock.

Great comms from Botanical Health Dispensary but total lack of product and product now available on CB1 Medical. Totally frustrating as always but what can expect from an unregulated industry that cares only about profit. Think will vote with my feet and get back to buying high quality non-irradiated medicine from the dark web.

To be honest, at my brief stint with CB1 I had no problems sending my script externally.

Luckily I was dealing with someone called “Megan”. She’s super prompt and professional. Requested external pharmacy via live chat, they called me on the phone to take £4.99 payment. I checked what I was after was actually on CB1 formulary but showing as OOS that way they can’t say we only prescribe approved products bla bla bla.

Surprisingly they said the above anyway!
Had to post a screenshot of the product from the CB1 formulary before they agreed and confirmed my script was sent to Specials Pharma. I called Specials beforehand to check if product was in stock. They said 1-2 working days to order it in for me.

By the time Specials got the script in the post from CB1 (To be fair to CB1 I paid Friday script fee, Tuesday Specials had it) - specials called me Tuesday to say it’s now out of stock with them and to get script re-written.

Didn’t bother, self discharged and joined Integro.

But I wasn’t discouraged from doing it again. CB1 were actually the easiest with regards to sending script externally. Montu/ Alternaleaf had a written script ready for their staff to say to patients when requested, Medicann flat out said no, Wellford Medical just ignored me when I was initially enquiring.

Cannabis Clinic Cardiff is in a league of their own with regards to using the Pharmacy of choice. If more follow their suit - the industry will change. Well see prices dropped and turnarounds faster as pharmacies try to hold on to as many patients/customers as possible!

I honestly feel that this is never going to change. We have had a half baked approach from the beginning, I mean it's what 7 nearly 8 years since the scheduling change and the system is still unregulated and we are still wholly reliant on overseas suppliers and there is no consistency. Oh the irony of "you don't know what you are buying on the street" at least my man knows the difference between purple punch and lavender......
