I'm waiting to receive my first ever MC prescription, and I've been thinking I should find some way of keeping track of what strains I'm trying, how often I use them, the effects, how effective they are at treating different symptoms, etc, so I was curious if others do something like this and, if so, how they do it. I love a good spreadsheet, personally, so I will probably do some sort of spreadsheet, but I'm not sure what columns I'll put in. Maybe I should also have a separate document to make it more like a journal for each day and write in more detail what I take and how I feel. I know there are so many different options, so I'd be interested to see what ideas people have.

Up to you. I don't, but I also don't go through massive amounts of flower. Most people on here use this place as the journal.

The strains that work for me really stick in my mind so never thought about keeping a medical journal. But not a bad idea at all if you think it will help you.

We're working on being able to maintain a full prescription history on MedBud's main database accounts, but there's quite a bit of work to go yet.

Ooh, that sounds amazing!

But have the strains that have really worked for you stuck in your mind?
I've only tried three so far in my first prescription, but I think they will.

I've just been using the review feature on the main site for this.

All of your reviews save to your profile so it's easy to go back and see what you've said and the individual rating scales are in depth enough.

I used a spreadsheet when I first joined medical, this isn't exactly the same but since the reviews went live I've been quite happy putting my scores and thoughts down with those. I find it a little easier as well but that could be personal preference.

I used to do a spreadsheet but found it too hard to keep up with it, in which case it soon became a huge backdating job that I can't face

The good ones seem to stick in my mind, and so do the awful ones to avoid next time honestly, but I noticed the same thing about review history on here, and so am happy being able to go back to that, either on my profile or each individual med page
