15-and-bit years on tramadol in my case (I should’ve moved to Oramorph years ago but I was worried about the heightened addiction risks). I’m genuinely delighted to be rid the damned things, however coming off them hasn’t been a barrel of laughs — I still have the fentanyl patch, so it’s not full-blown opioid withdrawal however there’s no doubt I’ve been uncharacteristically grumpy, etc.

We've all been there mate, i still have to take NHS meds but cut down over 2 3rds of my Opiates. It takes time, so take your time mate coming away from them doses your comfortable with Cannabis will help you through it all.

I have many things, but not painkillers. Currently on 8 tablets a day, to keep life fun and well, keep me alive.

Like Dooby Doo said, take your time. There is no rush.
