So lets update this.

MC is very beneficial for dealing with the nausea and vomiting side effects. They make it possible to largely ignore them. Same for the headache and bloating side effects.
So my experience so far. I had a some breathing depression, which is still there a little. This might be a me problem, rather than a general issue with Semaglutide. Beyond that I've had: Bloating, nausea, vomiting, headache, a light headed almost floaty feeling (not
MC related as I didn't have any at the time of the feeling nor had for many hours before) and extreme fatigue (got up did stuff for maybe 4-5 hours and then had to go back to bed). So i'm still in the first month, so side effects are apparently the worst during that month. Side effects seem to peak for the first two days after injection. For me anyway on day three I have no real side effects. But once i hit injection day I am basically stuffed for the next two days and spend a lot of time pushing through and trying to get stuff done, but inevitably find myself laid in bed on the second day, quite a lot.
So I've had OCD for a long time and for the last few years it hasn't been an issue, but I noticed since I started Semaglutide that seems to have returned (checking locks in sets of three seems to have restarted). Hopefully it goes once my body gets used to it, but I knew there were possibilities from that side of things going into this. Also had some weird joint aches, like my left food absolutely killed when I walked on it yesterday, but today nothing. The other day, just to the left of my knee I had pain all day and the day after, nothing.
So it's a weird drug, but hopefully it lets me shift 40-50kg of weight. Mixed with all the gym time I do per week, i'm hopeful.
