Legends all of you thank you

I suppose the silver lining is that they were honest, plenty of other clinics would guarantee it the end of the week only to leave you waiting. Annoying af but hopefully just a minor blip! Not the update I had hoped to be posting..
So having placed my order on the 2nd July and also nervously chasing Pharmacyspace the following Monday to see if the doctor had signed it off.. (turned out he hadn’t, gentleman at Pharmacyspace was lovely though and made me aware that Chanelle was chasing the doctor to sign it off that same day)..
Fast forward to today where I emailed in asking if it was likely to be resolved this week as I’m low on meds and might need to replenish at my current clinic, turns out Chanelle has since asked the doctor to sign it off twice and that it’s probably best I order at my current clinic for now as it probably won’t get signed off til mid next week. So I’ve done that since, ordered some Huala Alien Mints & Four20pharma Gastro Pop.. will tidy me over nicely until I attempt a reorder at the end of the month now.
It’s a shame because I really wanted to put together a nice summary post for people wanting to know how it went… my next post will hopefully be me confirming my invoice from Pharmacyspace. I’m willing to be more patient with this clinic, somethings just telling me to persist (but it’s probably this Christopher Columbus aura feeling this is all giving me currently)![]()
Exactly that I suppose, the added clarity is definitely reassuring for the long term.I suppose the silver lining is that they were honest, plenty of other clinics would guarantee it the end of the week only to leave you waiting. Annoying af but hopefully just a minor blip!
Bloody brilliant!!Exactly that I suppose, the added clarity is definitely reassuring for the long term.
Good news though, especially for those wondering about Botanical.. so I’ve received email today from Botanical Health Dispensary confirming they’ve received my prescription. Some stock issues so I’ve had to ask for a replacement.. (I also wouldn’t now be in a place to pay until the end of the month) but regardless, this I guess proves the point that the process worked? I’ve asked for some good old Mango K to replace the Mini Buds, but once that’s all checked over I’ll be getting a payment link eventually!
I asked for Botanical and I Botanical I got!![]()
All the best for you mate hope it goes smoothly! Not sure if it mattered specifying the pharmacy or not but I’m going to just carry on doing soBloody brilliant!!appreciate you letting us know mate that’s all I need to see now I just have to hope I pass the MDT

Thanks mate fingers crossedAll the best for you mate hope it goes smoothly! Not sure if it mattered specifying the pharmacy or not but I’m going to just carry on doing soChanelle seemed to imply it doesn’t but alas, I’m still confused

Very noble of you mate and you make a valid point to definitely consider, I’d quite happily mix it up some months and buy bits from there pharmacy as wellThanks mate fingers crossedyeah I’m a bit confused too to be honest but maybe in a good way? I think you can request stuff their partner pharmacy space have in stock, request for space to order stuff in, or request your script to be sent elsewhere. I’m just not quite sure of the implications of each. I thought I had my head around it but then Chanelle quoted me 59 for gelonade from pharmacy space and that’s Montu care price so I don’t really understand how it works, but it does seem to? So happy days?
I think the only thing i would like to find out now is where they make their money. Not in a nosey way, but if they only make money on scripts dispensed by space for example I would like to honour that where possible if that makes sense? If they are doing the honourable thing of allowing scripts to go anywhere, I would like to repay that where I can

I suppose in a way, but equally I have become aware over the years that if I value or like something that I should make sure to support it or it may go away forever. Remember the high street? That was much more fun than Amazon. And the way things are headed these days it seems any clinic still willing to send prescriptions wherever patients chose are sadly endangered species and should be on the conservation listVery noble of you mate and you make a valid point to definitely consider, I’d quite happily mix it up some months and buy bits from there pharmacy as wellI did notice a lot of gamma stuff, but I’ve actually been more in favour of it recently! especially after buying Alien Mints two months on the trot lol. Been fantastic for the pittance of a price it is.

We sort of had the same thinking when I and then my wife joined our first clinics and obviously it's different for me know at Cannabis Clinic Cardiff but it is the way I think about most thingsI suppose in a way, but equally I have become aware over the years that if I value or like something that I should make sure to support it or it may go away forever. Sounds like you had a wonderful chat and at least got some clarity.I filled out the online form (quite extensive their one) on Friday after having been heartbreakingly turned down from Cannabis Clinic Cardiff.
I got the call this morning from Nurse James. What a bloody nice man! He’s a fellow patient so really understands how things work and sees things from both the patients and clinic’s POV.
Long story short I explained that I was looking for a clinic that could send my scripts where I choose for them to be sent. He immediately mentioned CCC and how they’re just unmatched. The fact that we’re able to use CCC as an example - helped save us both some time.
Now would Auravia be able to replicate what CCC does? Quick answer - unfortunately not. They have a default pharmacy with a formulary to choose from. If they’re out of stock, they’ll send your scripts where elsewhere. He mentioned they’re having trouble sending scripts to various pharmacies. They’re treating these “external” scripts with very little priority.
Example, and correct me if I’m wrong CCC guys, you have Auravia send a script to IPS for you. May take ages for it to be processed and no guaranteed hold on stock compared to if you’re an Integro patient - where you’re treated as “in-house”.
He said pharmacies are making their lives difficult and imposing silly rules and fees. They want to make clinics have default pharmacies as a way to lure patients in. Take all of this with a pinch of salt. Me and Nurse James had a very informal chat for the majority of the call as it was clear that I wasn’t going to join.
Nurse James managed my expectations and said you’re looking for that CCC autonomy and flexibility to send your script where you like - Auravia ain’t it.
He was gutted as my application was ironclad. I filled everything out and connected my NHS. Coulda had my appointment with the Doc tomorrow but glad he didn’t waste both our times. Good chap, knows his stuff!
Just thought I’d share this for anyone who isn’t eligible for CCC and thought Auravia could offer that “any pharmacy” luxury![]()

N.B - I did ask about the first 500 patients offer. It still applies regardless of your financial status.![]()
I’m not eligible for treatment by CCC as I’m not medicating for a Mental Health condition.Sounds like you had a wonderful chat and at least got some clarity.
I have to admit I'm finding these guys quite confusing!
What happened with Cannabis Clinic Cardiff? - gutted to hear they're not able to help.
Do you have another clinic in mind? - Integro allow other pharmacies, I think CB1 Medical do as well although you are confined to the formulary.
Ah yes I did know that actually. They don't have any plans to change that either unfortunately.I’m not eligible for treatment by Cannabis Clinic Cardiff as I’m not medicating for a Mental Health condition.
They don’t onboard patients medicating for Pain unfortunately.
I’ve had consultations booked with 3 clinics one of them being Auravia which fell through, Cantourage which I ended up cancelling after being given access to their formulary which leaves me with just Mamedica® at this point. From 3 contenders down to just 1.
Mamedica will be hit and miss I think - if they can’t match my current flower allowance/limit - no point making the move.
Nurse James recommended Integro.![]()
Just reading through this and Integro does sound a safe bet to expand your choices with IPS's formulary and external pharmacies if you so wish and many patients here are satisfied with the clinic and pharmacyI’m not eligible for treatment by Cannabis Clinic Cardiff as I’m not medicating for a Mental Health condition.

I’m gutted to hear you haven’t found the right clinic for you, but I’m glad you had such a positive chat with Nurse James. He’s a great guy with experience both as a patient and working in the MC industry. I remember him from Integro, and along with Chanelle, he was one of the highlights of my experience there. Integro is definitely a solid option. It gives you access to a large IPS formulary, which I found to be one of its strengths. Nurse James also worked at Integro before joining Auravia/Zoto, so it’s not surprising he’d recommend themI’m not eligible for treatment by CCC as I’m not medicating for a Mental Health condition.

Mamedica is a reasonably good value option if you’re transferring from another clinic. When I joined, the transfer consultation was £75, followed by another £75 review at 6 months, with no further routine clinic fees after month 9. I’ve never tried ordering externally from them tho, not sure how easy/hard this would be.I’m not eligible for treatment by CCC as I’m not medicating for a Mental Health condition.
