About time I say.. don't feel like they really had a choice with bnm using their services for free and Medicann powered by Integro being free..

This is sad mate and I can't believe I'm reading it.
I wonder what there reasoning is for such a stance as I've seen others return to former clinics ie. CB1 Medical and Cantourage.

That's pretty poor from them I think.

I know a few people that left and have regretted it, especially now that they have cut the fees to get online with Medicann and bnm.

I was holding out myself in the hope they would cut fees and have better low priced options and price reductions luckily. Integro have been great for me but it was very frustrating while Medicann were getting loads of low priced meds and then even more frustrating when bnm were offering Integro with zero clinic fees. You can't really blame anyone for leaving them to get a cheaper service with better price reductions but that seems to have switched more in the favour of Integro again recently.

My mate at medicann is often not able to get offers that I'm seeing with Integro and has found himself not wanting to order anything and try and switch back to Integro.

I wonder if you would still be able to join bnm and get services through Integro if you have already left Integro?

Thats proberly a option but what a wierd stance not letting ex patients rejoin, fuck Integro i say after reading that , gettin butthurt because patients wanted to save money - how dare they lol

I feel like they are making bad decisions after bad decisions personally . They managed to let Medicann and bnm undercut them using their own services and now they have been forced into a situation where they reduce their prices to match Medicann and bnm while at the same time refusing to onboard people who jumped ship for the cheaper prices..

If people are able to join bnm after leaving Integro then surely they would need to again react(probably much later than they should) to allow people to onboard with them again.

I waited in the hope that they would fix the situation and get a better selection of lower priced options and discounts as well as reduced their clinic fees and I'm glad I did to be honest... I joined Integro for my medical journey over 2 and a half years ago and they have got the most part been excellent but somewhere along the line, bad decisions are being made which didn't leave a great taste in the mouth of existing patients until now.

So they now allow you back with an updated SOC.

They said the CQC see patients who 'clinic jump' at a higher risk. They also want a discharge letter up front.

I've a feeling if i tried to go back , they would reject for badness lol

I have been with 3 clinics 1 was shite Integro where good bit exspensive at the time so went to save the little money i had - i dont think trying to save money should have us branded high risk

Mad, i wil sit it out at medican for now i cba movin anywhere but its good ye can go bk if you wanted

Yea it's stupid to call patients high risk for trying to get a cheaper deal on care. The reason people left is because Integro took so long to fix their prices low like other companies who were using their services.

We were told we were paying more for a higher level of care when Medicann went free and had cheaper postage with IPS but then they went and had bnm giving free clinic fees while using Integros full services.

Patients shouldn't be punished for going elsewhere to get a better deal. I'm glad I stuck it out with Integro to be honest and had banked on them doing the right thing(eventually) but I can see why everyone was leaving after seeing other companies offer a better deal.

They obviously don't want patients hopping back and forth for whatever reason, but they should be upfront with people leaving that it's a permanent move with no possibility of return. Maybe Dr Taz can explain further or get that added on to the patient transfer documents on the site.

But at the end of the day, it's their company, their choice, their rules. I think if you explain why you swapped in the first place and give a good reason, that would probably be helpful. But I think if you said they were expensive and you went somewhere cheaper, they'd tell you no. FTR, I don't know what qualifies as a good reason to leave, nor what they might consider to be one.

Personally used say moving to another clinic because it makes sense financially is a good reason to move, especially with how Medicann and bnm were both using Integro services. Medicann were powered by Integro CQC if I'm not mistaken.

Integro made a point of saying we were paying for a better service and then bnm started offering Integro services for free. Integro should have reacted quicker in my opinion and made their patients feel like they mattered. Myself and the guy you are replying to were both with Integro and felt a little annoyed with the whole situation at the time. Medicann were giving some good deals and when the meds cost enough as it is, if you can save £50 per consult, for some it's a lot of money to save.

Unfortunately Medicann don't seem to be as great as they were with their stock lately so I can understand why people would want to go back to a company that were great other than their highest prices. Joining another clinic to save minimum £100 a year is quite reasonable I think and not a high risk surely.

I have no problem with people who want to move for whatever reason. I am with Integro and well I didn't swap, but I know some of you did a few months back. For me the cost is just what it costs. They've always been good to me, so i never would swap and I did pay for the consultations, but I just view it as a cost of doing business. There had been talk of it going away, but even if they still charged it, I'd pay it. But that's me.

I don't know what to suggest. Ultimately i guess you could try and backdoor through another clinic, but if you are getting ok service at Medicann, i'd not jump ship for now.
