Clinics Integro Clinics

It's down to the clinic and their rules. My only problem with it is they didn't make the policy clear from the start. It should be in the Terms and Conditions and it isn't. There is a complaints procedure that can be followed and I think the fact they didn't put it in the terms is grounds for using that system and maybe cc the CQC in to that conversation/complaint. I don't think anyone returning will get back in, but it might get them to officially add that statement into the terms, so that future patients know where they stand if they leave.

I'm still with Integro myself. I didn't leave. They are currently the same price. It's more the stock side of things. Integro seem more consistent now and have more products available compared to Medicann.

People shouldn't get penalised for wanting to save money or get a better flower selection I don't think.
I ve had no problems with Integro, appreciate the price drops, however, they should recognise the Grow Access Project system

I know I joined under the gap over 2 and a half years ago. to be honest the majority of the time I didn't use it anyway as there were so few products it applied to.

It a flower was discounted at all then the gap saving didn't apply either. Did they actually stop gap or just have nothing available on it anymore.. u less I'm going mad they still have the gap price attached to the live stock list but there is just nothing that is cheaper. Lol

I don't think they need to nowadays. Also Grow Access Project aligned itself with a different clinic. The thing for me was through Grow Access Project I got flower for £40 for 10g. But you can now get quite a lot of strains for £40. So do I miss the strains that were on offer back then, nope. The ones we can get now are far superior. I'm happy to pay more, maybe up to £50-55 and when you go up to that sort of level, there is so much choice. If you look today what is available for £40 you have 10 strains, which is about what Grow Access Project used to offer. if you got to £55, then it's more than 30 strains and not just mediocre strains, but proper, with taste and good effect, strains.

If you read through their entry, they use Auravia, who I have never heard of, but the pricing looks exactly the same as Integro. Don't know which pharmacy they use for dispensing either.

But does an Integro patient see that full list, or just a selection from it as we do with Medicann?
From my understanding, Integro patients have access to the full IPS formulary, whereas Medicann patients have access to a subset of the IPS catalogue rather than every product available. You can compare the available formularies on the MedBud Wiki under the pharmacy section, where IPS and Medicann (via IPS) are listed separately.

When I was with Medicann, I found the available selection was more limited than the products shown on the IPS formulary. By comparison, Integro appeared to offer access to the wider IPS catalogue. Of course, actual stock levels can change, but the formulary comparison gives a good indication of the differences in access.

You can also access Medicann’s formulary here in comparison

Hope that helps! 😊👌

Many thanks Mate. Helps me out a great deal.

I suggest you decide what you want using MedBud's copy of the database as the Integro ordering system is a real shitshow and it's much easier if you do the research here, then go to the crap portal ordering page to order. You'll see what I mean. It was coded by someone who has no experience making interactive pages nor any concept of making it user friendly.

😂🤣😂 cheers mate.

Evening all, I am in the middle of moving over to Integro. I have been told they have full access to IPS formula is that correct?
Hey @Tominator, has your switch gone through yet? I'm jumping ship too, and following you across. I'm waiting on one document to upload, then I just need a consultation I believe. I've read that you get your initial consultation fast tracked if you're switching clinics, is this true? I've just realised I've got 8 days til I would normally reorder, and starting to get worried how long this might actually take 😟😱😂😂(y)

Dooby doo on here has just switched from another clinic and it's taken around 2 weeks to get it sorted. Not sure what the hold up was but it does seem a lot are trying to switch ATM. Not enough doctors for appointments wouldn't surprise me. I'd try and make sure ya for a decent bit before making the switch to be safe if possible.

Hi mate. No I’ve been holding off waiting and hoping things change? But they haven’t so making an order tonight and then crack on with swopping over. When I spoke to Integro they was very good and said it should take to long. Best of luck to you and I will let you know next week.

11 am if you want oils

Why is it on Integro ordering the stock list shows ‘In stock’ but then when you go to order there is no ‘add’ button to actually select the product and add to basket. Very frustrating 😬

You might also have reached the limit for what you are allocated. Either way send an email or call them.

I had the same a couple of months back, in my case because i'd hit the twelve month review point and needed a 5 min chat with someone from BNM to reactivate ordering ability.
